Cassandra Spanidis
Operations Manager
Cassandra first joined our company in 2015. Cassandra is a qualified Psychometrist with a BA Hons in Psychology.
Her career journey with Jobcorp has culminated in her role as Operations Manager - Recruitment and Immigration. Like all members of the Jobcorp team, Cassandra is also involved in front line recruitment. Previous roles include Recruitment Executive/Psychometrist, Consultant and Immigration Support, and, originally, Project Administrator.
Prior to moving to New Zealand from South Africa in 2014 and joining Jobcorp in 2015, Cassandra had already gained recruitment industry experience, particularly in the management consulting sector. She also completed an internship and passed a South African national board exam to become a qualified Independent Psychometrist after completing her BA Honours degree in Psychology.
Aside from her involvement in recruitment, Cassandra deals with all complex integrations, financial aspects of the company, and oversees all operations in conjunction with the wider executive team.
